Flexi will be Merged with Esia

PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) claimed to have been targeted PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk (BTEL). The Company will issue bonds to finance the acquisition.

Dikutip dari Detik.com, Sudiro (Direktur Keuangan Telkom) mengaku tidak hanya dengan BTEL, tetapi juga pemain-pemain telekomunikasi diluar 3 teratas (TLKM, ISAT dan EXCL).

Sudiro said the company was discussing the possibility of mergers and acquisitions can be realized in 2010. Reportedly, if this plan is achieved, Esia will be merged with Flexi.
