These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be settled amicably by mutual discussions. If the dispute is not resolved amicably within [Number] days from the date on which such dispute arose, such dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian Arbitration Association. The seat of arbitration shall be Bogor, Jawa Barat. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
